Terms of Service

Kansumi is a credits-based SaaS product that turns a photo of a sketch, a scanned blueprint, or a PDF floor plan into AI-generated interior design concepts. You upload a plan, confirm one real dimension so the scene is drawn to scale, and then spend credits to generate and iterate on renders through the app and AI chat.

By creating an account or using Kansumi you agree to these Terms. If you are using Kansumi on behalf of an organization, you confirm you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

You must provide accurate information and keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for activity that happens under your account. Tell us right away if you suspect unauthorized access.

Extraction and validation of your floor plan are always free. Generating, regenerating, or editing renders spends credits at the rate shown in the product before you confirm the action: never a surprise charge after the fact.

Free-tier accounts receive signup credits plus a small monthly allowance; Pro is a paid monthly subscription with a larger monthly allowance and credit rollover up to a cap. You can top up credits at any time. Subscriptions can be paused or canceled at any time from Settings → Billing, with no retention calls: cancellation keeps Pro features until the end of the current billing period, then the account drops to Free.

Fees are non-refundable except where required by law or stated otherwise at the time of purchase.

Kansumi's renders and floor-plan extractions are AI-generated concepts for inspiration and early planning only. They are not construction documents, structural drawings, or a substitute for a licensed architect, engineer, or contractor. Always verify dimensions, load-bearing elements, electrical and plumbing routing, and code compliance with a qualified professional before building, renovating, or purchasing furniture based on a Kansumi concept.

You agree not to:

• Upload content you don't have the rights to use, or content depicting real people without consent.
• Use Kansumi to generate or distribute unlawful, infringing, or sexually explicit content.
• Attempt to circumvent credit metering, rate limits, or content moderation.
• Reverse-engineer, scrape, or resell access to the service without our written permission.

Uploads and generated renders are automatically screened; flagged content may be blocked without charging a credit.

You retain ownership of the floor plans and sketches you upload. You grant Kansumi a license to process, store, and transform that content solely to operate the service for you: for example, extracting walls and generating your renders. Rendered concepts are yours to use, subject to any third-party rights in uploaded source material.

We do not use your projects to train our models unless you separately opt in via the model-training consent toggle in Settings → Privacy. See our Privacy Policy for details.

All renders produced by Kansumi are generated by AI models, not photographed real spaces or human designers. See our AI Disclosure page for how we label and watermark AI-generated output.

You may delete your account at any time from Settings → Privacy. Deletion starts a 30-day grace period: you're signed out everywhere and share links stop resolving immediately, and everything else is permanently removed after 30 days unless you sign back in to restore it. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

Kansumi is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that generated concepts are accurate, buildable, or free of defects. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kansumi is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service or reliance on generated concepts.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced in-app or by email ahead of taking effect. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
